If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the goods that you receive you can send them back to us for an exchange or refund to:

Goods to be returned or exchanged must be sent back within 10 days. Please ensure that all items are in the exact condition that they were received, with all the original tags attached.
A Returns Form will be enclosed with your order, please ensure that this is filled in and enclose it with the items being returned. IMPORTANT: If returning an item from outside the EU please mark the parcel 'RETURN' in bold letters otherwise customs charges will be incurred which we may then have to deduct from the refund.
Please note that we only refund the amount of the items purchased and are not responsible for the return postage costs. When posting the items back to us please retain your proof of postage.
Once the return has been accepted the refund will be credited within 5 working days to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
